Sophie is a well-respected voice in the industry on trends in attendee behaviour and customer-first design. As the author of the annual Global Insights series, she has a wealth of knowledge about the changing expectations of event participants around the world.
Prior to her work with event insights specialists, Explori, where she led the operational and communications teams, Sophie worked in corporate events, with a number of well-known brands including Avon Cosmetics and Toyota, followed by a head of marketing role at a fast-growing international trade show organiser.
Sophie has first-hand experience in the power of customer insight to shape event strategies that deliver sustainable growth and now consults across the industry on this topic. She is also passionate about the role of customer experience in the future of face-to-face marketing.
