James is the CEO and Co-Founder of Step Connect² an SME events company for the built environment. They are an award-winning organiser delivering events based around focusing on three core principles: Exhibitor/Sponsor Experience | Attendee Experience | Content-rich.
James and his team have formed successful long term partnerships with the Department for Education, Scottish Government, Welsh Government and the Government of Ireland.
Previously James worked at Step Exhibitions as Commercial & Event Director, and also at UBM for a number of years on their property portfolio and in 2006 won Sales Person of the Year.
James also sits on the AEO UK Organisers Working Group
