Charlotte joined the BDC following her graduation from a degree in Events Management with Marketing & Branding the University of Gloucester. Having worked through the ranks at the venue, she most recently received a promotion to Venue Sales Manager and is responsible for business development and the delivery of the conference calendar. With almost a decade of experience in venue management and event planning, Charlotte also heads up the conference department at the BDC, leading her team in providing a world class service to their clients.
